junior formula prize $$$

I know in junior formula racing your always going to spend much more than you get back however I would like to know what the prize money is like in classes like,

International F3000
Euro F3000
World Series Nissan V6
Formula atlantics
etc...

I recentlly saw a photo of the winner of rd. 2 formula nippon holding a check for 5,000,000yen (USD$40,000)... Not bad for a days work. I also know that in 2000 barber dodge pro series drivers got $12,000 per win.

But from what I hear prise $$ in most European series (F3, Frenault, ect) is craphouse.

Cheers...
