According to the Official NASCAR Rule Book, Rule 12-4-A, "actions deemed as detrimental to stock car racing", NASCAR should be fined and put on probation.

I think it's great. He's the very first driver to ever win a Championship while on NASCAR probation. How's that for a "Here's what I think of your stupid probation" statement?

the only reason he is the 1st to Win the Championship while on probation.....Nascar didnyt have the ball to put DE on Probation

Way to go TONY!! from worst to first aint bad. I agree with TimB about the probation, I'd like to see Tony shove it up MH's tailpipe at the banquet! LOL but that would be "conduct detrimental to the...........Yadda Yadda Yadda........" I guess
