JPM's fan club pre-race conference
Well, we are just like 3 days away from the second race of the season, and it seems like malasya will be full of surprises. Ferrari has to put everything together, McLaren can give another big hit, and willimas hopes to have a great performance, specially with JPM, their #1 driver(here goes controversy), so, do you think Monty has the car to win this GP?, I think he does.

Very possible Kuchi.
William have been strong there in the past, so I dont see why not this time around. Williams really needs the result to, before the new Ferrari and Mac's arrive. Time to make hay while the sun is shinning Frank. |

Apparently Ferrari and Bridgestone have developed a brand new compound for the hotter races which will debut in Sepang, so it could be curtains for the Michelin runners...

Here's hoping he has a good competive run like last time. He needs to get a win on the board soon as the Macs and Ferrari's are going to blow the Williams' away come the new cars. Come on Juan Pablo!!

Hrrrm, I am not sure. I have to say Ferrari seemed to have one hell of a speed advantage in Australia.
Tyres and weather could stifle Ferrari, possibly, but I find it hard to see beyond a Ferrari victory. |

JPm appeared (to me at least) to be on a one stop stratergy, so, qualifying 8th wasn't too bad imo.

Actually Armco, I would appreciate it if these type of threads at least could be positive comments only.
It's frustrating for a fan of any driver to start a fan-meeting thread and have it hijacked. This is'nt really directed at you (I know your comments were in jest), just a general note for everyone. Cheers Wrex a.k.a. EX-Wrex, AM-WREX-EX and the new one Wrex-Tum |

I'm quite optimistic. He still finished second after the 'debacle' last year.
Kimi seems to have become his arch-rival, but he's fair, so hopefully the first corner will be a happier event. With Michael being the great driver that he is, I'm sure having 2 Renaults in front of him on the run down to T1 will be a totally new experience so here's hoping. I'm not saying I want to see a big shunt, nobody does, but maybe the odd 'tap'. So in conclusion, go Monty! |

Bloody Pizzonia - wonder what Sir Frank thought of that move as Antonia is still under Williams contract!

Very clever Armco.
I have no problem with open discussion, but when a thread starter opens a thread for the specific purpose of it's fans, you should respect that, regardless of the driver. If you want to bag Montoya, be my guest. Start a thread, just dont hijack others. |
