Scholarship classes/events
I'm curious as to what scholarship classes are available around the world (preferabbly open wheel), as I have seen a few with great opportunities such as race budgets etc. IMHO i think there should be alot more classes which allow people to compete in equal equipment. What got me thinking about this is Sato and his path through a scholarship class to the bigtime.
