Could this be the weekend for Williams/Mclaren?
Bridgestone Motorsport.. “Magny-Cours is usually quite tough on rear tyres and we have seen quite high levels of degradation in the past so we need to have good consistent tyres, which we believe we have. The last section of the circuit this year has also been modified, making braking performance a more significant factor. Heat is also supposed to be a factor as it is supposed to be 25*C on race day! So taking into account Bridgestone's performance this year could this be the race for Williams to take the lead in the C.C. and for Kimi to take the lead in the D.C. barring any engine failure's. I hope so.

Kimi is probably the best bet, given last years performance. Don't rule out DC and the Williams' either.
If the weather is hot the Ferraris may struggle to outpace even the Renaults. |

I think Williams will continue to show as the number one car - they have an edge on McLaren at the moment, in my opinion.
I agree that Renault will also be a problem for Ferrari - I reckon the circuit will suit them and Alonso for a podium is a good bet at 5-1. |

Providing they remain reliable McLaren will be the team to beat. Bridgestone teams are likely to struggle again. Lets hope so because this is making the driver's championship so close. Another couple of strong Williams performances and there will be 4 drivers fighting it out.

If it rains, though, the whole thing turns around!
