BCN F3000 presents new Italian drivers for Hungary
According to italiaracing.net, BCN F3000 dropped Will Langhorne off the team (lack of budget reasons) and Valerio Scasselatti can't drive for the next race due to illness. Then, BCN decided took two new young Italian drivers, Ferdinando Monfardini (from F. Renault Italia) and Giovanni Berton (from Italian F3), for the next F3000 epreuve at the Hungaroring.
Monfardini is expected to race also at Monza; his probably teammate could be Alex Piccolo, but only after he would declared healthy after the test he will made at Adria the next August 28th. P.S.: Scalabroni, if Piccolo wouldn't race at Monza, can you call Guerrieri in his place? In this way you can fill your dream to have an Argentinian driver in your team! |

Prost had a lot in 2001, but not so much as BCN.

I think Prost had 5 in 2001 (Cochet, Fontana, Baumgartner and two others who escape me).
The BCN farce has gone well beyond that, but it doesn't seem to matter who's in thec ars, none of them can get nanyway. I hope Scasselatti's condition isn't too serious,a dn taht he'll be back out ina worthwhile team soon enough. |

Prost ran six drivers in 2001. Apart from the ones you mention they had Varano, Filliberti and Sarrazin.
Monaco Motorsport also had six in 1999, and Edenbridge had six in 1996. So, BCN has used the most drivers since the one-make rules came into force...they have also become the first team to use more than five drivers without having at least one Argentinian. The overall record belongs to Eddie Jordan Racing though. They used ten different drivers in the 1986 season. |

At now, BCN have seven drivers in this season: Nguyen, Scasselatti, Piccolo, Langhorne, Hynes, Monfardini and Berton.
One more than Edenbridge in 1996 and Prost in 2001. |
