Group 4
Is there an organizing/governing body or club that covers the European Group 4 schedule (and if so is there a website) or are they all invitational races run under the auspices of umbrella clubs such as the HSCC?

Are you thinking of Jonathan Baker's Group 4 Racing sort of club? Maybe check through the BRDC where that's got too; I lost track in the last season or two. But they ran a really good european series in the late 90s.
