Damon Hills best overtaking move of his career

Digging through the old video's the other week in a moment of pre season boredom ....i started watching the 1985 Formula Ford Festival .

A young Damon Hill was in 4th place ....the top 4 cars were all dice'ing for positions on the approach to Druids......., they then went 4 CARS WIDE side by side and in one superb move Damon Hill overtook all 3 cars....he went into Driuds in 4th place,...and came out in the lead !!!

Have a think , thoughout his F3 , F3000 and his F1 career ( or even his bike racing career come to think about it ) ...Has he ever pulled off such a move that surpasses that one ?...

or , any other drivers that have pulled off multi car passes in one move ?

How about his scrap with JV in the first race of the 1996 season ? it was JV's first race and they were going at it for the lead almost right up to the end.

Brundle - Just look how fast Hill is out of that last bend.
Murray - Yes, he nearly nudges the Ferrari – "Move Over" you can hear him say.

That one was great. Could have been the move for the championship if someone hadn't left a pile of tyres at one of the chicanes

On great passes, Nigel Mansell's move on Ayrton Senna for the lead in the 1986(?) Hungarian GP springs to mind.

We're talking about Hill.

The move attempted at Silverstone in 1995 would have been good... The one at Hungaroring 1997 is another good one.

Please don't make this a " great passes by Mansell " thread, it will be several pages long and take too much time to read.
A thread listing Damon's great passes shouldn't take too much space !

I always find it difficult to think of some truly great overtaking moves from Hill.....he was such a smooth and clinical driver. It doesn't make me admire him any less, it's just a fact.
Hungary 1997 was bloody marvelous though!
