Larbre's plans for 05
does anyone know what the heck they are doing? i thought they had been confirmed to run a two-car Esperante program in GT2, but now they have confirmed they will run their 2004 LMES Champion Ferrari 550 at Sebring in march... does this mean they might run a 550 as well as the Esperantes in the LMES?

Tblincoe, I posted some nemws few days ago about Larbre commitement in 2005 (source : last Le Mans Racing issue, Jack Leconte has a long interview) : Larbre should enter two 550s in LMES, and have talks with PAnoz as support team to work on tyhe Esperantes.
Nothing more so far. |

Running two Ferraris and part-running two Panozes (sp.?) is a pretty big commitment. But I do hope that Larbre does still run a 550, if only to keep Bouchut in a decent drive.

DBR9 or 550, as long as Prodrive built it, it's sure to do well. How many years did they run that Viper?

Think its normal that a team with the credits of Konrad is automatically linked with any new competetive car appearing.
And yes: I would expect him to have informed himself on the option. Nevertheless I agree that Saleens will be his main business in 2005. But back to Labre: is there any update about their Esperante-programme? Last edited by GT-Eins; 29 Nov 2004 at 01:46. |

yeah i think knorad is sticking with eeth saleen because didn't he just buy the saleens RML was running this year in the FIA GT. well anyway i hope Labre does show up at sebring with a 550, it will be good to see it back again. it was sorely missed this year. i hope rahal can get good speed in 2005 out of teh 550. i was sick of seeing the vettes dominating this past year's season since nobody had decent speed to challenge them not to mention budget. i think acemco will be a lot better now that they have a year of running the saleen under their belt
