Rubhino - car development
Just popped into my head but due to the strained relations with RB & MS and the ferrari team does anyone think that this may have had a little effect on the way the ferrari is performing this year ?
Has the strained relations and possible in-fighting hurt the progress of the 2005 challenger ? I know there are a lot of other factors ie, tyres lack of downforce etc have contributed but I can't help but think that letting RB go and bringing in Massa is perhaps a new chance of creating that all important team harmony that Schumacher needs ? any ideas ? |

No No... At the start of the year and during winter testing Rubens and MS were still chums (still are IMO) and still the car was not competitive...
I doubt very much Ferrari's pace is down to a rift between Ms and Rubens... Massa IMO was brought in to be tested as a possible long term replacement for Schumi... |

The 2005 challenger is just fundamentally rubbish I'm afraid. Tyre and car-wise, although more tyre-wise.
No amount of excessive testing or level of arrogance can solve its problems. |
