It was a very busy weekend for the guys in babygrows, but I feel they would be better placed to tell you about it...

From what I heard the weekend ended in a "blaze" of glory

Yep..

Someone was heard remonstrating to a senior official about the"shoddy catering" and at the end of the day there was a fire in the small annex next to the restaraunt....
Bit drastic dont ya think?.....lolol

Saturday went ok and everybody had 3 runs...
Sunday was very busy for everyone on post.....On rescue we did 5 miles just travelling to and from incidents on the hill !!!!

Cant remember any results apart from Simon Durling won the second run off and looked mighty impressive in the tricky damp conditions and was visibly quicker than anyone else..

I think Robert Kenrick won the Midland Hillclimb Championship a couple of weeks ago at Shelsley. Willem settled the BMTR Top Ten Challenge yesterday.

Runoffs were,

Trevor Willis 49.06
Simon Durling 49.38
Scott Moran 51.10
Jos Goodyear 51.18
Mark Goodyear 51.92
Roger Moran 52.40
Rob Turnbull 53.06
Willem Toet 53.57
John Jones 53.62
Phil Jeffries 54.82
Tim Wilson 55.82
Howard Savage Jones Fail

Simon Durling 40.89 BTD
Willem Toet 41.11
Jos Goodyear 41.25
Roger Moran 42.26
Scott Moran 42.57
Rob Turnbull 43.21
Mark Goodyear 43.94
John Jones 44.77
Tim Wilson 45.09
Dave Mills 45.73
Trevor Willis 45.84 (defending BTD)
Bill Chaplin 45.85
Richard Foden Fail

Which by my calculations makes the BMTR look like,

Willem Toet 123
Roger Moran 115
Scott Moran 113
Simon Durling 92
Martin Groves 86
Trevor Willis 58
Paul Ranson 57
Rob Turnbull 52
Deryk Young 51
Chris Merrick 39

I'm sure the full results will be on the Prescott web site soon. MMTS have added some more splits which will be interesting next year. Let's hope the BOC can sort the surface out by May.

Wondered what all the smoke was about??!!!

I glanced up on the way back to the pound and saw them burning boxes. I take it they weren't as careful as perhaps they should have been?
