Grand prix weeees

Just a thought. If you have to be on post hours before any cars get on track, what do you do for a pee! I'm sure if you 'let the monster out' somewhere discrete, you'd soon be on telly . Look what happened to Carol Thatcher she thought she was safe in the dark!

Thats if you can get to the loos...I hate queue jumping, but had to barge to the front last year so I would make it back to post on time for the start of the race! Also not all of us have the option of "getting the monster out"!

Of course some could substitute a `strong elastic band'.

Silverstone is a nightmare for wizzing. Even though there is loads of time hanging about, they always seem to schedule a track inspection (stand to attention and smile sweetly) just as you get an urge!

I just end up dehydrated as I don't drink as much as I should and cross my legs all day ! Incidently, the queues outside the girls loos are always 3 times longer than the boys!

Hope that is enough information for ya all!

Last edited by shjo558; 21 Feb 2006 at 19:12. Reason: Because I had to wizz half way through........

At the Belgian GP that's what everyone did, on the edge of the forest (the blokes that is, anyone who was male wasn't going to the toilet with the queues and having to pay) - the people that turned up on Sunday ending up sitting on the pee points from the few days before, guess they had no idea....

Ahhh - so that's where SPA got it's reputation for being 'damp' from then?

At the GP last year Scott Speed (very apt name) got out of his car after running out of fuel and went for a pee by the armco in full view of everyone so he was known thereafter as Scott Peed

I have a photo taken at Le Mans a few years ago with a British ex-F1 driver just before race start. He's standing up against the outside wall at the start line waving to the crowd with his left hand whilst holding his thingy with his right and this dark grey stain growing on the wall.

And the spectators never knew (unless they've seen the photo)

Yes, but that would have spoiled the rather weak pun on being 'overt' about it. Sadly, that only works when spoken, and nobody picked it up anyway!

Look, I only know one French joke, so I think that was pretty reasonable! The joke? Is Jaques Delors mother called Mere Delors.

That should sneak through the autocensor.
