The organizers of the Catalunya Round of the WRC have announced that British rally fans will not be allowed in to view the Spanish Rally due to fears of spreading the dreaded Foot and Mouth Disease thoughout the Spanish farmlands.

I suppose they can stop them from getting on the ferries - or getting off them. But it's a good question: with no more borders, how can this possibly be enforced? And if they find a way, perhaps they will tell the Football Police so it can be applied to the Hooligans they never seem to be able to catch either.
