Hope the Wealden wonder machine is looking good...Can't get there until about 10.30/11.00am on Saturday now as it wa gonna be more than double the price if I went Friday afternoon...I'll bring some sausages and rolls with me though. I'll phone the BRSCC regarding the car to car photostuff as well-as long as Craig is ready for it as the race will be soon afterwards

18 cars? Awesome? Better not tell the DTRC boys that

Only kidding you honest, good luck to you. The Pre74 Post Historics etc have a round there in June but would mean me shutting the shop for two days and all the rest of the expense it would cost me well in excess of a grand so I won't be going.

You'll have a great time Claire I'm sure-they are a good bunch! (well most of them anyway ) I usually go with the crew on the coach but can't make it this year due to work so getting there Sat morning. I usually lend a hand with sweeping, hooking-up cars stranded in gravel traps and stuff (when not taking the pictures!) where needed-anything to muck-in.

Honest Guv'-thats what I did the last 3 times Iv'e been with the BRSCC down at the hairpin after the start straight. There was one course marshal and one on flag on the entry to the corner last time so I (and my mate) mucked-in all weekend and it helped save a lot of time and was good fun...got a bit dirty though! The Frenchman who drove the 4x4 crane thingy would drive up and we'd hitch the car and get them towed out (one driver in a Formula Honda single seater floored it whilst still attached to the crane and it nearly rolled the car the fool!)...the crane driver had a few beers whilst on the job as well...he had lined up about 10 green bottles on the bank on the Sunday!! I'm not paying for your keyboard either...where've you been anyway...have you gone to live in another galaxy?

Seems the Scotts are going as well so will Stew Whyte be beaten this time? Will it be a power circuit or a handling circuit-we will find out next weekend!

The grid is looking good.. Interesting at the front i think Stewart / Chris / Scotty and Dave pearson.. Could be interesting. Like you say baz will it suit them as its very much on and off the power there. The weather is looking good aswell so that will be ok. We are off there Thu should be at circuit area for 4pm.

I didn't fully explore the spectating opportunities while I was there - I watched most of the races from the roof of the toilets/restaurant. But that is a decent vantage point from which you can see most of the track.

I watched the Saturday race from the central Paddock, the Sunday wet race from the roof of the restaurant. Great races the pair of them, unbelievable traction (the Cossies)

Bit ironic the guy in race 1 who dropped his front bumper then ran over it a few laps later - that's really rubbing it in. Very entertaining though, no wonder no-one watches us (LMA Euro Saloons)! When are the Fords due on telly?

Especially the one that climbed out of the gravel trap at the second hairpin bend. As reported on the radio, "great thing 4-wheel drive!.

I would like to thank all the drivers and teams that made the trip over to Croix, I enjoyed all the racing it was a great weekend. Lets hope that the BRSCC decide to go back next year.

I was marshalling all weekend and really enjoyed the experience. Didn't have too much to do on post 2 and had a good view of the first corner. Hats off to all the drivers I thought it would end up being more of a car park than it was

I'd be more than happy to go back next year, thought my car would be far too big for the circuit but was happily proven wrong. We had a low turnout, but with all of us regaling great stories about the weekend, sure we would do better next year

I thought It was an excellent weekend. Shame the weather wasn't a little hotter and maybe a few more facilities but apart from that wicked weekend. We were in The Ford Saloons.. What a great race on Sat between Stuart Whyte and Steve Scott close but great for the spectators. Think Steve has been waiting for this sort of competiton.
Was so interested in that race lost track of what was happening with Craig in our Yellow MK2. Sunday was nice a little wet weather, broke a half shaft and diff bearing so driver and team watched the battle commence again.
Good drive from Andy Gallagher.
Hope Hotel Peugot got home ok...????????? All this food laid on and he was too busy taking all the cakes from BRSCC buffet

Hey! I didn't have more than one cake actually...and that was 1 more sausage more than I had from the Wealden camp! Got back home to find my computer was up the creek...just what I needed when trying to write a 20 race report for Autosport and sort out pictures that wouldn' send but it all got there in the end (Bank holiday evening) and big thanks to the patient Autosport editor...the work was done but just couldn't get the stuff to them!! Then it was an early start for Geneva for an very hot a tiring avaition job at the airport all week....the girl helping in my hotel was hot as well ! Just told the other half I'll be away next weekend for the Pembrey weekend meeting which didn't go down to well....cost me a Sunday lunch that did and I had to miss the SCSA meeting today as well trying to sort this damn computer out
