Full credit to Frank Williams and Patrick Head for demonstrating that the old pro's of motorsport still rule the roost.

They have kept faith in all their people, even after losing Newey to McLaren and show alot of faces down the pitlane that 'solid' team management firmly has a place amongst the 'just throw cash at it' approach of some of the teams.

If you look back at the old video's of F1 years you see how Williams have been a prominent force in every F1 decade since 1980, adjusting to losing engine deals, losing design staff and still maintaining their focus.
