Talladega(Yawnadega) is next up.Will "the big one" happen, how many drivers will be in it,will the bigger plates make any difference to the 1 major pack that We've grown accustomed to in recent years?

Hmmmm...it's usually about now I say that with all the drivers being nervous, there probably won't be a big one, only for it to happen on lap one and take out the entire field and be the biggest big one ever, or something!

Still though, there probably won't be a big one, the drivers will be too careful!

And predictablly, I'm going to go with Micheal Waltrip for the win.....in the BUSCH race....

And Newman to win the WC race (well, he's on a roll....plus it'd be poetic after what happened to him before in the spring race! )

MrSal should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
1. Harvick
2. Sadler
3. Dale jr
4. Waltrip
5. Newman

Talladega usually becomes a team event and I predict Harvick and Sadler will beat the DEI duo for the win.

This is a pick-em for the Top 5 predictions in the Winston Cup event only. Thanks for joining Us here,Ur most welcome.I do have Ryan Newman down as Ur pick for a 1st place finish,Ur welcome to fill out Ur entry with Ur 2nd thru 5th place predictions,if U'd like.As it stands now,the most points U could get would be 10 total points.

Oh, Ok....must play by the rules.

1st: Newman
2nd: Dale Jr
3rd: Micheal Waltrip
4th: Kurt Busch
5th: Rusty Wallace

Not that I'll get to see the race for over a week....but still, my gut feelings, my maybe's, and my best guesses!

Yeah, and I just found out there was no BUSCH race...doesn't that make me look stupid!

No problem codename__47,thanks for filling out Ur entry & good luck, the results will be waiting for U when U get back,on a seperate results thread

It appears that U made the 2md through 5th place picks after the start of first practice, normally there wouldn't be any scoring in that case, but since this was a special instance,I'll allow regular points for Ur 2nd through 5th place picks, but only bonus points if Ryan Newman wins.I hope that U & the other players think that this is fair
