Good Home wanted
A friend of ours has a HUGE number of assorted car manuals (mainly Haynes) from the late 70's and earlier, which need a new home. Far too many to list, but include Rover 60 -110 models(53-64), Ford Aerostar-Ranger- Explorer, Rover 2000 full workshop manual. Small donation to his charity would be appreciated. Probably in excess of 40 volumes. pm me for his phone number if interested or want something specific.
Hope this does not breach forum rules, not for profit, just seems a shame to recycle them, please move to Classic forum if more suited. Thanks, joyce |

I know what you mean Joyce as I am of the age when we threw nothing away as it might come in useful one day
Before the age of computers I used to have cupboards full of them but threw them all away when I moved workshops a while back as I found that most people that worked on their own cars had them anyway. I wonder if you can get workshop manuals on a KINDLE now ? The only one I kept was a genuine Ford Anglia one for old times sake. |
