Stuart Pearson Racing are offering motorsport fans the chance to name their Ginetta G40 race car, with the winning submission being invited to join the current Ginetta Challenge Champions at a Ginetta Challenge round of their choice.
The G40, which was Stuart’s prize for laying claim to the G20 championship win last season, is currently awaiting its vibrant blue and green livery, which was chosen by a fan vote on Ginetta’s Facebook page.
Stuart Pearson of SPR said; “I am over the moon at the design chosen by the fans. It shows continuity with the Blackdown brand, who are one of my sponsors and I think it will stand out like a shiny penny on track! I just hope the fans can be just as savvy when it comes to choosing the name of my car.”
Speaking on this exciting opportunity for Ginetta fans, Championship Co-ordinator Max Gregory added; “It’s great that Stuart Pearson Racing are already engaging with motorsport fans by offering them the chance to design and name a 2012 racing car. It’s a great way to bring our sport closer to the people who enjoy it most.”
