1 Mark Higgins/Bryan Thomas (Focus WRC) 44.13.5
2 Austin MacHale/Brian Murphy (Focus WRC) 44.18.2
3 David Higgins/Daniel Barritt (Lancer N) 44.41.2
4 Paul Bird/Ian Windress (Focus WRC) 44.59.2
5 Gareth MacHale/Paul Nagle (Corolla WRC) 45.03.4
6 Sebastian Ling/Ian Allsop (Accent WRC) 45.23.0
7 Tapio Laukkanen/Harri Kaapro (Impreza N) 45.28.3

9 Jonny Milner/Nicky Beech (Corolla WRC) 45.34.7
10 Richard Gower/Aled Davies (Accent WRC) 46.16.2

So Mark Higgins leads, but a puncture on stage 3 cost over a minute, but he has pulled the time back nicely. Anyway 2 day gets underway shortly.....

With the level of entry being so low, one wonders if the championship can carry on. Mind you the BTTC is carrying on.
perhaps they could compine them

I have just picked this up from britishrally.co.uk forum:-

Quote:
Jon had a bit of a bad neck before the event and after the impact he complained he couldn't move his neck so the stage was stopped and Jon was airlifted to Carlisle hospital. However after a few X-rays they where happy he was OK and just badly bruised so he was discharged later that day and went home last night.
