fausto should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Porsche Motorsport and Manthey Racing were out in Monza last weekend, testing a couple of Cayman GT4 (plus a 911GT3CupMR and a test mule apparently based on the GT3 Cup), judging by the engine sound #4 powerplant should have been turbocharged. Same car featured a different wing, attached on the upper surface and modified front bumper, with a deeper central lips, larger side intakes with outlets located just on the wheelarch edge

Zolder, Brands Hatch and Misano are better suited for GT4 than Monza, Silverstone and Paul Ricard.

The new for 2018 GT4 Nordic European Series is set to be launched in Stockholm on December 15th - but, that's also not directly GT4 European Series 2018 related.

I'm going to come back to this question because I'm still confused. We say there's only one GT4 Euro Series last year, but it appears there was at least North and South? Next year there is North, South, Nordic, Central, etc. Ok no problem.

The opening post of this thread has a calendar that I can't find on any GT4 Euro site. I can find the announcement, but that calendar doesn't match North or South. So what is exactly is the GT4 Euro Series, and why does the website insist it doesn't exist, and only offer North and South?

Working out what series is what is pretty confusing from the outside.

FFSA GT in 2017 was French only, but still worth a watch, still broadcast in the same high quality on their GT world youtube

There were two European Series this year, the Northern Cup and Southern Cup.

In 2018 the Northern Cup will become the only GT4 European Series again, with the Southern Cup being renamed to GT4 France.

So you'll have one GT4 European Series, the only to accept Silver-Silver lineups, while the other regional series will be Cups and open to Pro-AM and AM only.

As for the calendar posted on the first page, that was the initial plan, but the GT4 European Series will now join all Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup rounds, hence the makeover.

Thank you! The GT4 series seems like a bit of a mess. Hopefully they'll stick with it next season I'm looking forward to the Nordic Cup. Like Blancpain GT Asia, I like when unusual tracks are visited.
