mmciau should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Marcos Ambrose at Gateway International

Having a look at the program for the Trucks for this weekend (28 and 29 April 2006), does MA have to practice with the "rookies" on the oval?

Certainly does.

Even guys which considerable oval experience, like Bobby East, Ambrose's team mate, run in the rookie session, if they are rookies in the Craftsman Truck Series.

Sunday Morning Aust CST - has the Truck race meeting been held up because of wet weather at Gateway?

Ambrose is to start about 19th I think, he was 17th in final practice session. The qualifying was rained out and they will start in car owner points order.
www.truckseries.com will give you all the info.

He has driven back to the pits, the last line said the RHS of his car had been ripped off.

man thats a tough break but thats part of being a rookie, knowing were to be to not get involved its only april and hes not going to lose his ride. Give him some time to gain consistancy and he'll be fine, he was Passing trucks tonite and hes only going to get better. Personally he could use a road course to really show'em somethin!!
