Autocross National championship
Is this the correct forum to ask about the proposed Autocross National championship which John White is trying to organise ? Any dates/venues yet ?

Excellent - it would fantastic to see a national autocross championship back! It is amazing just how big autocross used to be in some areas of the country - a great stepping stone for many future rallycross drivers too.
Anybody got more info? Regs/ website etc? |

firstly can i just point out that this is a MSA British Championship not a National Champioship.
Ricky Bobby is quite right with the dates and i can tell you that the regs are under construction as we speek, Basic Class regs have been posted in announcements on the ANECCC Autocross website www.aneccc-autox.co.uk (go to forum page) the response has been fantastic and we are expecting good numbers registering for the Championship. from the ANECCC region alone i am expecting 30 + competitors and thats with out realy promoting the championship, there is def a big buzz about this and i think it is just what Autocross needs to put it back on the map. spread the word, i will keep people updated via the ANECCC website as and when it happens. Is there a website anywhere where you can get info on the National Championship?
ie. rules & regs. I have just checked the ANECC and the ASWMC sites, and they seem to be using two different class structures for there own championships. The AEMC are different again, but their site is four years out of date |
