GTO Viper Is Back For 2004 British GT
The ex-Hayles GTO VIPER that was so quick in 2001 is back for 2004 Peter Cook sold the car this week. He is also selling his GT spec VIPER but there is no takers yet. The GTO VIPER in 2001 without a sequential gearbox and a few other mod's would have been in the top 2 cars on the grid in 2003 at 5 races looking at its times from 2001 so it should be very interesting. This is great news, will the car be entered in GT though? Or will it be GTO? Personally Im hoping for GT. British GT's could have a reasonably strong line up this year for the GT class, hopefully 2 works Lister Storms, and 2 GNM Saleen S7R's and now the Viper is back.

Now we need a team to buy the GT spec viper. DSC reported that they had heard that it had been sold to QM Engineering but its still for sale on Peter Cooks website
http://www.pointpreparation.fsnet.co.uk/page1.htm so not to sure about that one. |

We need one viper at LM don't we? I think i will feel kind of empty without a viper passing by :-(
Larbre, leave your 550 at home, put the Viper on the track again. Enough Ferrari's already (as I can see now). Sniff... |
