Race Fans
I am proud of Dale, Jr. for showing such class at the end of the race today, April 25. I sure can't say the same for the race fans in the stands who showed such childish disrespect for the sport, the drivers' safety (trash thrown on the track)and for the racing facility. There were a lot of children at the race - good job, parents, in showing your children how not to behave.

I will never ever condone fans throwing stuff on the track, or ball field etc. but this was a poor way to end the race. There was no reason for more that 1 lap of pace car. It was just a spin that brought out the yellow. No loose parts on the track etc. Like my earlier post, on lap 93 where a small piece of tire was on the track and it lead to 5 or 6 yellow laps. What a joke. It seemed like there was more yellow than green laps.
Nascar is becoming a joke. I did turn the race off today because those 5 and 6 lap cautions are killing the flow of the race. Again though don't throw stuff on the track. brianf |

The junk on the track extended the caution. If people would have been smart the race probally would have ended under green and Dale Jr. might of won.
