All the boards are talking about Texas. It's a bit boring out here with no race this weekend- So there really isn't nothing else to talk about but Texas being FAST.

I think NASCAR should have a second race at Texas and Indy.

For what you pay for tix's at the Brickyard & what you actually get to see as far as the race goes...I think a 2nd one at Chicagoland would be better.

KC should be qualifying in the top 5 on the gridKC should be qualifying in the top 5 on the grid
I think the biggest fear is that a 3500 pound tumbling car could get into the crowd. Things like this would not deter me from going, but the resulting liability would destroy the track and seriously damage NASCAR as well. No amoutn of catch fencing would ever stop such a massive car travelling at that kind of speed. Before anyone jumps up and hollers its never happened before you worrywart, we had never seen a driver die from a seemingly normal looking wall hit like DE Sr. did either. I have a couple of big fears about racing. I do not ever want to see a driver get killed or seriously injured and I never want to see a fan get the same. Partly out of compassion for the drivers who I all admire, and partly because I plain love auto racing of any kind and this could help the fun nazi's with another excuse to destroy the thing we all love.

It has to taken seriously when any driver complains that he is afraid to race at a certain track. If he is only one voice among many with no problems then his fears are probably of his own making, but when several drivers complain it says something else. I'd hate to see another plate track but I'd hate it more if they stopped racing there too.

There's no way NASCAR walks out of a historic facility like the Brickyard. The drivers love driving there, the place draws one of the largest crowds gathered to see a motorsports event in America, and it's a fun town to go for a race weekend.

If any place deserves a race, it's Indy, in my opinion.

I really never said that Nascar should leave Indy. I just hope they wouldn't consider adding a second race there, would rather see it go to Chicagoland...which I doubt they would add a second one there either. The schedule is pretty full as it is.

I wanna see WC run the road course in Portland, Oregon. On their website it says the track is "sanctioned" by NASCAR, yet they don't run there.
