Andretti for Indy
It seems all the CART stars want to race in the Indy 500 as now Michael Andretti has been confirmed that he is to attempt the race again this year.
Andretti will line up with his motorola Team Green car for the second year in a row in an attempt to finally win Indy. his best result so far has been second back in 1991. |

He had a good run going last year until one of the Penskes pulled out in front of him on pit road and broke his nose wing. He dropped to the tail end of the lead lap and still fought his way back to third. Drive of the race in my view.
After '92, I think the place owes him one. And he had the 91 race almost tucked away and got a bad set of tires on his last stop. You always like to see the winner be someone who was robbed before. We all love poetic justice. That's what an Andretti win would be. |

an indy win would certainly cap of a great career for michael - even though there is no thought of retirement just yet.
