Changing Fiesta Engines
Right, i spent a good couple of weeks removing my 1100 fiesta engine and replced it with a 950 (thought it was an 1100 when purchased) and i cant get the damn thing to idle below 1500rpm. Any ideas?
i have removed the adjusting screw on the carb so it should have choked itself to death by now. There are a few differnces between the engines, most notisably the fact that the 950 has a mechanical fuel pump and were running it off the electric on on my car. |
