Ways of using internet trackside Le Mans?
If one would take a laptop to LM,what ways would you have to use the net when there? Does the ACO have an hour to hour site for instance?
Or else use bluetooth and keep an eye on Ten-Tenths? |

As far as I know, there is no public wee fee trackside. I've been told that you'll need to visit an internet cafe in town to get your fix...

I think the only place is the press room....but you can get reasonably close there with a GA ticket, but it costs.

Yes know it's not free, hence saying "but it costs"

One of the things I'm most looking forward to during LM week is not having to answer the phone or look at a computer screen. |

Le Mans is an escape from Work, taking a lap top with you would not be my idea of a break, All the info you want is available on RLM and on the screens everything else is not important and should be left at home

Okay Le Mans has its big screens and RLM, but having something as a fallback would be nice. It would also in many ways be nice to share the experience of LM through a forum such as this with the folk watching on TV. I've always found the viewpoint of someone on the ground to be enormously beneficial. |
