HRT and TOLL RACING kicked out of 2007 championship???? (MERGED x2)

There is story in Tuesdays Daily Telegraph that TEGA have kicked out both high profile Holden teams until they can supply clarification of ownership of the teams.
TEGA have been waiting 12 months without getting the information they want so have canceled there licenses.

It all revolves around Mr Walkinshaw.

So if they have been waiting 12 months for clarification , does that mean if they have been in breach of the rules for that whole 12 months and so would be deemed to have an illegal entry for 2006 for both teams , thus making Triple 8 and Lowndes 2006 champions

As much as I would like for this to happen and to see Mr Walkinshod have a case to answer , I think that there will be some quick wheeling and dealing done on the red side to see it does not happen , will be waiting to see which way this one goes but excuse me if I'm still a bit skeptical after the events of recent times

Yes, that makes them illegal for the whole 2006 season as the paperwork wasn't supplied. So hand the crown to the real champ......Lowndes.

billy bigtime has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
If that is the case, I expect both Teams to be excluded from racing this year. However, if the Championship is handed over to it's rightfull owner, I for one would let them race About time V8SCA grew balls.

Mr Kershler had better watch out, he might lose his TEGA media accreditation for telling the 'truth'

Dont think so GTR - good beat up headline no teeth in it - of course they wont throw HRT and Toll out - the story gave V8SA nearly a full page of much needed press - theyll give Kershler a medal!!

Next weeks full page expose' Skaife has sex with under aged monkey' or 'Which Holden driver is really a trans gender??' god the mind boggles

According to Sunrise, both teams are still "kicked out" of the 2007 championship, I'm sure there'll be a few panicky holden fans about now!

I wonder who really will be panicking:

Channel 7: Inject lots of money only to have HRT Fans (which is big) & Toll fans not tune in.

Racetracks: Downturn in gate takings.

Sponsors: When I sponsor something, I expect to be sponsoring the best not the rest.

P.S. Tega are satiisfied at the moment, Both teams have 48 hrs to produce ownership papers.

Calm down mate, untwist your Panties!

We all know it's not happening, but the casual holden fan who doesn't browse forums all day doesn't, all they've heard is HRT and Toll have been kicked out from the Sunrise News bulletin, hence they won't be happy little holden fans as the trudge off to work thinking the team they support won't be racing this year....... sheesh!
