Still any hope for a F1 racetrack in Holland??

Since 2009 an architect named Ed Wassenberg launched a business plan of a multifunctional motorsports complex which has to be realised in the province of Flevoland, the Netherlands, the space is there but the wrong people are proposing this plan to the local government who is willing to consider the plans but because Ed Wassenberg was not clear about the financial investors, the council didnt want to continue with the approval...

I would propose a more solid achievable version of about 6 km length without all those activities around it, just a fast flowing track with modern pitcomplex, build on some hills.
This track has a length of 7,5!!! km and when divided 3,5 and 4 km...

This small country with a lot of motorsports fans still only has 2 racetracks!
What would you guys suggest to get a new racetrack build in Holland?
Which design, which location will be the best option?

In a real world scenario, your not just looking to build a race track, you do need to include other money making functions...a conference centre, an indoor arena which would be a concert venue or exhibition space, hotels, to get any sort of Government funding perhaps a tie-in to a University's Engineering Department, local motorsport industry ..teams, carbon fibre or fibreglass companies etc etc.

Thankfully in the fantasy land of My Track Designs, we only have to worry about the circuit layout and maybe the garages.
