And no GT3. GT3 is only back for the next round in Portimão.

Yep, but ADAC GT-Masters is there, so there will be a nice field of GT3 cars.
Abd the European GT4 series will have a shared race with Dutch GT4, so there should be close to 40 cars on track in that race and I am really looking forward to that one. I have seen only one GT4 race so far in person last year at Zolder, but that one was really quite entertaining, as are the Dutch races that are streamed on the Circuit Zandvoort website. |

The Lotus Evora should also be nice to see. Is there anywhere to watch the races? I think MotorsTV shows highlights but I might be wrong. The GT4 Europe website doesn't seem to have the same online streaming that GT1 and GT3 have. |

Typical Nürburgring weather:
Between 8° and 15°C and an 85% chance of rain. Forecast has been getting worse all week long. Five days ago, they said 20°C and sunny. But then, that sounds almost nice compared to the 2°C we had at night during the 24 hours... And it's just one night of camping this time around instead of three. |

TripleH: Alessandro Pier Guidi with Longin and Alex Muller continues with Heger. Margaritis moves over to Phoenix.

The Camaro GT4 is indeed based on the Continental Tire car. Don't know what the difference is between the original Riley car and the Verschuur GT4 car. They planned to run two cars from the start of the season but huge engine problems delayed that.

Not enough to talk about it. Mostly around fuel cells and minor safety equipment. Racing VDS in Belgium bought an ex-Grand Am Cup car (Mustang FR500).

I don't get why the 2nd car will not score points this race.
Wonder if we'll ever know who was the private owner who requested the return of the car? Could it be related with the big fire in Silverstone, and their worry that the car could be permanently damaged, a risk they didn't want to take? Or a ploy by Ratatouille and the Maseratis to guarantee the championship? lol Good looking Camaro. Will have to look for the GT4 highlights on MotorsTV. |

You mean Hezemans declared injury because they could not find a 4th driver? In general what is the story with their 2nd car? Does anybody know who owns it? By the way Margaritis was mega yesterday, first time out in a Corvette.

At this rate it appears there might only be 2 C6R's in the 2011 season, unless the one unsold chassis with Pratt & Miller (#008) is bought by Phoenix Carsport (provided they run in GT1 in 2011). For the record it appears chassis #005 is the one that has been withdrawn, the same one damaged by fire at Silverstone in May 2010 According to Corvettemotorsport.com they own #001, the other Phoenix run car Last edited by Yakuncha; 28 Aug 2010 at 01:29. |

I don't find anything weird about asking for a certain level of commitment, and providing sanctions should those conditions not be met. It's called a contract, pure and simple.
