DNQ should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
New Minardi Livery...
OK, it's not all new, but this is the modified Minardi livery the team will display for the rest of the season. Can't say I'm too impressed by the crooked logo on the engine cover, but if it means more money, anything will do!

It was born in the ugly tree, and hit every branch on the way down.

Surely they could have done the paintjob better, but thanks to Yoong, Minardi now has a bit of dosh (money).

The last thing that Minardi had time to pay attention to this year was their livery..Give them a chance, I am sure that next years car will look a lot better..

Telefonica has left all racing series. Minardi lost them at the end of 2000. Telefonica also left F3000 (Alonso at Astromega) and CART (Servia at Cal Wells).

I doubt that. Alonso is a star in the making. Yoong is not. He may get the better equipmment but it's what he does with it that matters. Alonso has shown this year, that despite having sub-par equipment compared to the rest of the field, he can still be competitive. He's on occasion fought for position with the likes of Jag, Arrows and Benetton.
