Falcon launch its first Indycar
Falcon Cars unveiled its Falcon Indy 01-A on Nov. 22 to a gathering of Indy Racing League team owners and officials, technical partners and media at the company’s facility in Concord, N.C.
The Falcon is the first car, completely designed and manufactured in the U.S., under the 2003 IRL technical specifications. Falcon joins Dallara and Panoz G Force as IRL chassis suppliers for the 2003 season. i dunno what to say about it. that nose looks HUGE! Last edited by Down F0rce; 23 Nov 2002 at 11:30. |

On pure aesthetics, the nose looks horrible! Seems a marred attempt at an F1 car.
Anyway, we'll see if it's quick. |

As of now no one has commited to Falcon. I hear a solid two car team though is close to making a deal.

the nose is too long, other wise it looks fine.
Andretti/Green havent said anything about thier chassis choice for next year, maybe they will use falcons? Last edited by Down F0rce; 24 Nov 2002 at 12:20. |

maybe the nose looks lond due to a low perspective and use of a wide angle lens

That long nose might give it some good frontal crash characteristics!
