Ham no mistakes. Played for the team at the start, brave on slicks when the weather changed, and all time great stint to finish it off.

Verstappen. After a bad qualifying session, he was off the pace and looked like he would finish the race 5th or 6th but pulled it together and finished 2nd, extending his lead over Norris.
More than kudos to Lewis. |

Absolutely no doubt on this one, Hamish all the way. Great comeback by Max after looking well beaten. Awful strategic mistakes by McLaren as a team and Lando personally.

Lewis, and not only because it clearly meant so much to him, because he drove intelligently throughout an extremely tricky race.

The planets aligned correctly.
The ‘luck’ usually assigned to the #44 showed up again. The tears were real.. The relief was real.. Mr Woolf was real… |

Any of the top 4 plus George Russell plus the Hulk would have been deserving, but Lewis drove a perfect race and the emotion at the end was something we'll remember for a long time. So, Lewis.
I felt so sorry for Lando in his C4 interview in the pen. He was really beating himself up. But that's a good sign because it shows he's really hungry. Realistically though, that last pit stop did (potentially) lose the race for him. IF he hadn't overshot his box and caused a slow stop he would have come out in front of Lewis. And IF he had chosen the medium tyre he would probably have had the speed to stay in front. |

Kudos to George who again had bad luck. Happy for Lewis with the result, but didnt see him as the standout driver. |

Close race. Russell was unlucky. Hulkenberg looked strong. Hamilton though deserves it for that drive. He made sure of that win.
Norris shouldn’t be too hard on himself IMO. He was fighting a tough battle out there |

I voted Hamilton. |

Honestly Verstappen, Ham and Merc did great, but for the same reasons I rarely vote for Verstappen when he is winning from the front, he finished way above his station. I could say the same for Nico or Yuki, but they didn't podium

I voted Lewis because of feelings. But, Piastry did better than his team deserved and Hulkenberg have really delivered lately. I never considered him a great driver, but at least I was right in that he is vastly better than Magnusen.
Seriously, can we just stick a knife in Ricciardo and call him done, ditch Magnusen and Perez and get some new blood in?! Those three really feel like moving roadblocks. Zhou I really don't notice much, but at least he has the excuse of a bad car and terrible team. |

I think there are a few things wrong with Magnussen. He is never driving with his head, fighting when he does not need it, and he is defending by driving stupid. I don't think stupid belongs in F1, as it's too dangerous. I think Max should have been told off, *strenously*, years ago and I think he should also be punished for driving stupid. That F1 was desperate for someone to challenge Lewis and let Max get away with his antics had really been bad for him, and the sport. |

I think Magnussen is underrated. He has the speed and in the right environment can deliver. True he has a few brain fade moments, but that’s too expected with someone of his passion. Doesn’t excuse some of his moves though
I think Max knows what he’s doing, he’s maturing. However his chances are slipping, especially with Merc back up there. |
