Nittymaki has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
4 Weeks till Croft! Who's going?

Its been a long winter without rallycross and the wait's nearly over.

Its only 4 weeks to go till the English Rallycross Masters at Croft?

Who's going? Who's competing or watching?

Any new cars to be debuted?

Think it should be a good event with all classes well represented.
Division 1 should be a good battle between the likes of Ptaszek, Evans, Watson, Bell, McCluskey and Hill.
SuperNational, well its anyones guess but I reckon between Turpin, Binks, Rogers, White (Although some Volvo's might be coming to play!) and Super 2000 should be a good battle between Tapscott, Whelan and Wakeling.
Juniors, Minicross, Stockhatch will all be well represented and there should be a good showing in the new revivals class probably 6-8 cars.

Im sure the lure of prize money in division 1, the new knockout format and of course Sky Sports TV it will ensure a top quality entry in all classes.

Any thoughts??

I won't be there as I'm marshalling on the rally of Kent on the 12th (don't know where yet though). I'm relying on everyone on here to post results asap

I will be there with the Peugeot along with Adlington team mate Bryan in the Saxo. Dale is hoping to join us later in the season, he has now sold his Super Modified Peugeot and is on the look out for something new. We also have an addition to the team coming soon which is another Peugeot in the Ewood Caravans colour of white and blue, this is hopefully going to be driven by 2 of the lady members of the team!!!!

Can't wait for the season to get going

I can't make Croft (work commitments) but will definately be at Lydden.
Looks as though this could be a very interesting and entertaining year

Fraid I wont be at Croft.

Two reasons - firstly, the car is still a stripped down shell from last season and I have no engine yet...no suspension etc, however it will be ready for Lydden!

And the second and frankly rather bigger problem is that I will be on the other side of the world in New Zealand for all of March, and return with 2 and a half weeks left to get ready for Lydden. No work until after Mid April it is then!!

See you all at Lydden, will be looking at the pics with envy from accross the globe!

Maybe, but they do occasionally get spread across the scenery by a wayward car

I see from the Super Series website that Mark Rennison's son will be doing his first rallycross. It will be good to see the Rennison name on the entry list again.
Unfortunately I won't be racing at this one, I will be too busy down on the farm, looking after sheep and lambs. I do hope to be able to sneak over for a couple of hours and spectate.

Don't worry Craig I'm sure there will be plenty of people willing to lend a hand. I think my mechanic will be there I'll ask him to pop along to see if you need an extra pair of hands.

Thanks again for that Mark, much appreciated. Is Ken doing this one?

If RPL are doing things like last year expect the entry list to be online Sunday evening.

What am I saying I meant a week on Sunday, thats a week before the event.
I have it on good authority that the entry list will be online on Monday March 6th

I'll be there helping out, hopefully with 'the award winning Steve!!' on Startline, and waving the chequered again. Hope it isn't raining this time, I got soaked last time.

Either way, it should be good fun - Its Rallycross
