they are out, only Jos and Nick haven't set a time yet, Jos is doing single laps and coming in again for adjustments(due to a lack of testing)

The Williams are looking a bit stronger. Will this year be like last year? Williams seemed to always be outside the top 10 until near the end of the weekend.

Doesn't it seem sad that drivers like Fisichella, Coultard, Barrichello, and Ralf all have secure seats in F1, despite having had race winning cars for many more seasons than Jacques, yet failing to chalk up as many wins as he (let alone a WDC) that it is Jacques who doesn't have a drive in F1??? Sad indeed.

JV was 10th fastest (+1 sec) and stopped on track with a problem right at the end of the session.

shouldn't the title of this be first practice?....and what happened to JV at the end there? Is he now out of the race if he can't replace his car since he's already using the t-car??? What's going on????

It's called Free 2.1 It's the 2nd free practice of the weekend. Or the second days practice part one. I'll change it. But it is the practice that has just happend.

they'll be able to fix the problem before qualifying! they've got 4 hours!
I wonder if kimi will be forced to use the spare car (if he does, he'll have to use it for the rest of the weekend). |
