BTCC- Answer the Question
I'll ask a Q related to the BTCC and whoever answers correctly can ask the next.
If there is no Q asked within 3 days the thread moves on and anyone can post. Likewise, if no Q is answered (or verifed correct/wrong) within 3 days, it moves along onto anyone at random. OK, for a start: Who's recent BTCC drivers father was a rallycross driver and nicknamed "Piggy"? |

OK, I'll ask then:
A driver in the early 90's was sponsered by a tea-bag company. He drove a Honda. 1) Who is the driver 2) What is the name of the company |

No, I am not expecting you to accept that as an answer I was just saying to help some other people out who might not know it either.
I'm not sure of the track and 2nd driver. |

a) Dave Brodie put a Mitsubishi Starion Turbo on pole position, his co-driver for the TT was Vern Schuppan.
Went backwards pretty much from the start. b) No idea |

I've got a question, hope you don't mind me posting.
At Donington Park, Matt Neal took victory in a privateer Nissan Primera. But who was the second privateer to take victory in the BTCC, and when? |

Guys - got a lot on this weekend, so not sure if I can log in:
The answer is Klaus Niedzwiedz. Sears was co driver at TT that year 1985- (NOT gp support). He never drove cos Rouse lost a wheel on lap 9 going in to Copse...in the lead. Rouse ran a second Sierra at the TT too in 85 - Rex Greenslade and Tony Trimmer. Not sure how it did, but no way near as quick as the lead car |

But before I go:
a) Which BTCC driver qualified on Pole for the 85 TT? b) What was unique (in Touring Car circles) to the car? (clue - it was featured on Tomorrows World on BBC1) |

But the last real one was '88. The year of Rouse v Johnson v Eggenberger. Its demise coincided with that of the ETCC in the same year. P Cummins - it was in 70's and 80's the Silverstone round of the ETCC and in 1984 the Woodcote catch-fencing worked very, very hard... |
