VSCC Cadwell
Having enjoyed the VSCC at Harewood yesterday I'm thinking of their Cadwell meeting on Saturday. As organising club BARC (Yorkshire )publish the Harewod entry on line but for reasons which escape me the VSCC don't publish their entries except to members . I don't want to do a near 300 mile round trip on spec - anyone have access to the entry? I promise not to tell ...

Yes, the VSCC are always very "private" about their entry lists and in some cases (trials) the location.
It no doubt goes back to the "right crowd and no crowding" attitude that sill exists in the Club. |

To be fair , although the website is a pain, I've always found VSCC people some of the friendliest in motorsport. Posh folk, not so posh and rough around the edges folk - and all happy to talk about their cars and show you around them. A contrast to some of the absurdly self important team members in higher echelons of the sport - no privacy tape in the VSCC paddock ...

Hoping to attend on Saturday if I get chance, as I haven’t been to one of their meetings for a couple years (a regular attendee previously). |

Seems ages since I used to post bulk photos from race meetings! But here's few random sets from Cadwell Park on Saturday.
Sunshine and showers (very heavy mid-afternoon during the Triple-M race) but an enjoyable day. Crowds seemed a bit thinner than in the past as did the paddock, but maybe that's just down to my recollection from previous meetings there. Anyway, the first of three sets of photos: |

Working on a video as well, so will link to that when I get chance. |

Lovely shots, which evoked the spirit of the day beautifully. And where better to see such lovely machinery than Cadwell ? Hall Bends on a June morning , bird song from mature trees on both sides of the track and a Frazer Nash on opposite lock - heaven .
