Karting in Ireland

I was looking at all of these threads and felt it was about time that the Irish karting scene was the subject of discussion. I myself am a relative newcomer to the sport and would appreciate any set-up tips or gear ratios you would have for a Rotax Max on any Irish circuit.

One thing that is clear is, that despite our island being so small and with a relative lack of motorsport success in anything other than rallying, there are some fantastic Irish drivers and some seriously professional outfits running karts.
