Budgets for a ALMS GT2 vs. FIA GT2 season
I am wondering if anyone here knows how much would it cost to run an independent 1 car team in both series, taking into account that cars may be similar but team wages, travel xpenses, car spares and entry costs/prizes may be way different.
I dont need exact numbers and maybe speculations about what a top GT2 team needs to be there per car would suffice. |

www.lastturnclub.com had a series on costs in North American racing a while ago. According to that one, a full season of ALMS in GT2 was somewhere around 2.5 million $.

thats a bit too much than I have expected, with that amount of money you could do a GP2, dont you? |

That tells me GP2 is overpriced, but that seems to be typical of Bernie's possessions.
