Season Finale! Brands Hatch GP, 7/8 October, Rds. 28/29/30
Its season finale time! Will Sutton clinch the title in Race 1, Race 2, or Race 3? Can Ingram pull off the ultimate comeback?
Timetable BARC Noticeboard ITV Sport Livestream [updated link will be shared when available] Championship as we enter Brands Hatch GP Sutton - 398 Ingram - 353 The Jack Sears Trophy is relatively close Watson - 410 Doble - 392 Osborne - 378 Patterson - 365 Pearson - 359 In the Supports: Porsche Carrera Cup GB - Pro Champion = Adam Smalley; Am Champion = Justin Sherwood; Pro-Am is a battle between Max Bird (106) and Ross Wylie (88), Bird is highly likely to claim the title in Race 1 as there's only 24 points up for grabs this weekend. Porsche Sprint Challenge GB - Pro Class is between Joe Warhurst (100), Steve Roberts (93), Max Coates (88), Matthew Armstrong (80) [34 points available]. Am Class is between Marc Warren (143) and Callum Davis (112), Warren should wrap up the title in R1. MINI Challenge JCW - Dan Zelos (759) vs Will Orton (658). Zelos is the favourite, but with the very generous points system (50 for a win, 6 for pole, 6 for fastest lap) it is still possible for Orton to win the championship. British F4 - this is ultra-close. Louis Sharp (331) vs William Macintyre (330), this one should go right to the wire. |

Either way, glad to see Gornall back, definitely one of many that should’ve had a better chance in the BTCC. |

Available, Tony can't afford him. I've heard from people internally the Knockhill fee he requested was £25k and after driving the car it went up to £35k per weekend. Rob was not impressed with neither the team nor the machinery.
It wasn't Nic's decision. One of the sponsors in the package the team brought to the table didn't cough up. The team were repeatedlu strung along until it was obvious the delay wasn't a ''banking problem'' like they'd been told. |

A driver asking HARD for more money than originally agreed? My, how the tables have turned! |

Rinse and repeat I would think.
Sounds like a legacy of the extra money the drivers were supposedly asked for earlier this year not being paid. Was it concussion when Butel missed the Brands finale a few years back? |

I'd say the fact the team had failed to do any preperation on the car, so it was not fit to run, together with their demands for additional sums, above the contractually agreed amount may have had a influence on the situation.
Effectively the team were in breach of contract. |

Ticket prices are a bit more reasonable, £34 for race day.

It’s also the first major meeting with the new catchfencing at Paddock Hill Bend, which is no doubt going to surprise (and infuriate) a lot of people!

If we don’t get a first-time winner this weekend, when was the last season that happened? (It may well be recent it feels very unusual!)
