You'll need to change the file type to a .jpg, then crop it to no more than 400x400 pixels, click on "post reply" at the bottom of the page, rather than typing in the box at the bottom of the thread, and choose the "attach file" option

Since I can't see the picture, I'll have to assume that the distortion you speak of is later from cornering loads. ALL tires will distort laterally under cornering loads, with the amount determined by the tire spring rate at that particular psi.
