Guess this shows how much people check the V8 Supercar website... This was released three days ago...

While XXXX as Castlemaine-Perkins was a round sponsor of the series in the pre-Shell days at Lakeside...

In those days, the round sponsor got space on the car... presumably this shall continue in 2008

I remember we were discusisng thsi a while ago and trying to guess who it was. XXXX never occured to me. I've always thought they were only in QLD not national, i guess this is how they plan to change that perception.

Why can't they get a decent beer, VB is one of the worst beers in the world, basically spew in a can and XXXX is only one step better.

No real beer is Boags Premium.

Look at Bowey he was raised on Boags and raced until is was 53, perhaps if we could get Skaifey onto it he could win the next three rounds, tell Walkinshaw to stick HRT where the sun doesn't shine and defect to Ford next year and win Bathurst and the title.

XXXX is something Queenslander's drink and tell you how good it is, but what else would expect from people that don't allow daylight saving.

wonder if anything will come of this sponsership of V8's and the Marrons come Origin time, shame it's not NSW and QLD that house most of the teams instead of QLD and Vic, as then we could host a non championship round the weekend before Origin 3 and have QLD V NSW (i supose Vic will work).
