It's been 120kph not 130 for years but if you go at that speed you are overtaken by most cars going at about 160 anyway, so I can't see that a 10kph reduction will make a lot of difference
There are very few fixed speed cameras in Spain (only one in my area and that doesn't work) The traffic cops do have a blitz every now and then with the hand held jobs that tends to stop speeding for 5 minutes. |

There is a speed camera at the bottom of the M11 which reputedly takes £1M a year on its own.
