Remember how much it costs to upgrade the DP to current specs? Nearly as much as that HPD P2 car.

yeah, I know that new engines and new aero parts are very expensive but to update the old DP/DP2 remaining chassis is the only way to obtain a "new" DP3 as far I know (really doubt that riley, dallara or coyote still build steel tube-frames DP chassis)

Apparently there is some truth to the "making room for 2015 stuff". I was talking with a Michelin friend last night who said that Scott Tucker recently purchased four new transporters. For which cars he wasn't sure. He said this isn't necessarily a Level 5 thing but rather a customer support venture.

Of course why he would be getting rid of the old ones and buying four new ones doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Then again a lot of the purchases that Tucker made didn't make a whole lot of sense. Maybe a case of more money than sense???

Kelly Moss and Level 5 are frequently inter-changed mistakenly. With KM's big plans for 2015, I bet they are the ones with the transporters. FWIW, I saw Level 5's transporters before Christmas on the road, but the decals were stripped off.

Black Swan with the HPD, I believe upgraded to B12 and then Dempsey with the Judd.

The "sold" listing mentioned hu05 started with an hpd and switched to judd. I (incorrectly apparently) put two and two together. At any rate, my quality of life has not diminished.
