Looking forward to this one. Not my favorite track, but the top speeds should be really good this year with the new cars and lap records being set.

There were floods in Mexico City, so some flights were delayed. The schedule was moved, so first practice will ne on Friday afternoon.

Porsche on top in practice 1 by over a second, but it was a wet session so who knows what the teams were doing. The times were slower by around 1.5-2 seconds from last year.

In Nurburgring Porsche also topped the FP1 and FP2.

Porsche is looking very strong after FP2.
Although I did hear toyota still trying to get their car to stabilised FP3 should give good estimates to the race. (although they'll do qualify lap so fastest time doesn't mean much) |

Porsche only up by a tenth in practice 3. Hopefully it's this close in the race and qualifying! My picks are looking good in lmp2 as well. Seems GTE is a toss up.

Qualifying underway, no coverage I can find besides the live timing on the wec site.

I don't mind team orders in sportscar racing. It's the ultimate team sport, so where do you draw the line? Audi and Peugeot used slower cars as test cars during mixed conditions before, and I imagine Toyota and Porsche did it at some point. I think it's ok tbh.
