Interesting video... test cars and lots of equipment & people & factory contracts and money dripping everywhere.. it has not sustained...

Yes the ROI on ciggie money was... easier... but its not been replicated with single brands owning whole of car(s)..

Digressing to F1, did you notice the Vuse sponsorship on the McLarens.
Vuse is a vaping brand from R. J. Reynolds, better known for its sponsorship of Camel back when.

If the Grand Prix returns to Albert Park neither McLaren or Ferrari will be able to run their quasi cigarette / tobacco sponsorship.

It seems like a long time ago now but there was much discussion about this in 2019 and 2020.

Very enjoyable video. Certainly one of the most complete teams in the sport in Australia along with DJR during the same period. Very organised, no weaknesses in any areas.

There was a weakness in one critical area, given they couldn’t find a sponsor at the end of 1995 and the team was never the same again.
