Kai Allen looks set to take a DJR drive in 2025. But who does he replace? Does Davison get pushed out or De Pasquale go looking for another drive?

Surely thats an easy answer. DP is future investment compared to WD and age goes against Will. Co-Driver duties in the future I would think.

Davo is only early 40s so hardly retirement time. I reckon DJR will clean house and have Allen and someone else new next year. |

With both drivers out of contracts at the end of 2024, I wonder if DJR will be trying to get Kostecki... |

So which seats are up for grabs at years end
Fords 19 - Payne (lock) 26 - Stanaway / Anton 17 - Allen 11 - Brodie/Waters 6 - Brodie/Waters 56 - Randle ? 25 - Mostert 2 - wood No change 3 - Love 7 - Courtney ? Davison ? Chevs Maybe static, seats up for grabs 23 - slade ? ADP ? 99 - hazelwood ? I think Brodie holds the keys, DJR? Given his Coke relationship, Tickford could be a logical home and I think Cam really needs a fresh start. Perhaps spearheading the DJR revival. seats on the Chev side look more limited with 888 MSR T18 steady. Premiair could be compelling. Who the fk would want to drive for Betty and Barry now? Interesting times. |

Fairly sure Richie will be at Groves for longer than one season! Can't see AdP or anyone else in there unless he bombs.

Is Brodie even going to come back.
I think we have all moved on from him atm. His silence speaks words. |

Don't think he can talk much about his situation so he's silent. I know some say he's going to the US but IMO he'll return and would this year if only he could.

I understand it might be private but considering his "Previous" Fan Base I would have thought something should have been said. Time to move on I guess. |

DJR need to look at their engineering side. Note the cars were quick in the wet which is usually more forgiving of a poor handling car.

Mr Van Leeuwen on his FCTTN podcast on Speedcafe seems to suggest that Mr Kostecki may have 2 options for 2025, besides staying on at Erebus
A reuniting with ‘The Real Thing’ as title sponsor at PremiAir, with Mr Lacroix & co… …or indeed a seat replacing Mr Davison at DJR. No word whether ‘Things Go Better With Coke’ at DJR when their Shell branding deal is said to be up for review at the end of this season. Presumably Shell/Viva/OTR etc sell a boatload of yummy brown sugar water thru their fuel purveying locations. |

Thought it was a given that Kai Allen was the heir apparent for the #17. Unless a vacancy was to arise in #11. But DJR without Penske is a mid-pack team, so why would Kostecki want to go there.
PremiAir would be the more likely option. |
