Tango n Crash should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Warm ups

Due to a recent incident with a 'cool' marshal at Mallory I have heard the suggestion that all marshal's will have a warm up routine on post.
I guess that means I'll have to take another flask of coffee then.

The briefing now consists of the Chief Marshall doing a warm up routine and we have to follow, just like Mr Motivator on GMTV!!!

You should also be aware that after any period of vigerous excercise (), you should also warm down, I find this is best achieved with a cold lager in the bar.

Please elaborate. We don't have Sky. If it's not suitable for a family forum please PM me.

7-00am in the morning, perfectly suitable for a family forum, especially if that family happens to be male.

It is on the sports channels so I guess 5 fairly chunky but well formed aussie girls on aerobics mats, usually acrss the bay from the Sydney opera house, doing aerobics is classed as a sport - for me, it's almost on a par with FF1600 around Mallory Park

But you usually don't get kicked in the groin for touching an FF1600.

I've just found the regs for Saturday, 27 September at Oulton park and one of the classes is York Fitness Post Historic Racing!!!!

I'm just wondering if the drivers are going to be doing exercises as they drive round the track and if they have to avail themselves of the marshals on post will they get the marshals doing exercises????
