HrRACING should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Lydden RSS Masters Results

Was seriously considering going down to watch, last night and this morning, but 10 hours driving and being gutted im not racing were the deciding factor. Plus I have to work on my new car...etc etc

Anyway, hope everyone had a good day, throw us some results when you get them!!

Hal

Supercar final:

1. Steve Hill
2. Tony Bell

then there was a superfinal which was abandoned after a few laps but the result stood again:

1. Steve Hill
2. Tony Bell

No Evans, no Mad Mark.

Super Modifieds were class today, Bird and the rest of the Clios, although Tapscott wasn't in the same class, not sure why.

Phil Collard drove very well

Gutted I missed the meeting sounds like it was a good one.
Does anyone know when the full results will be available?
I've just checked the RSS website, there's a report but no results.

Despite the amount of non starters in the main 2 classes it wasnt a bad meeting. The modifieds were quality throughout the day and i think a mention should be given to Bill Harbour who showed that the Escort can still be a competitve car. The rest of the racing was pretty average by lydden standards and i couldnt really see the point in the rally class, and the revivals were a major disappointment though i do think they should be perservered with. Not sure why we had so many no shows but this is not the first time this has happened at an rss meeting. One bit of good news was that Arthur made a strong hint that he might be back behind the mic at Blyton for the British championship round there.
